Lavender Eye Pillow for use at times when you want/ need to relax.
Great to use during the savasana part of your yoga practice, at the end of a busy day or at night before setting off to sleep ( my favourite time!)
The weight of the bag provides a mild pressure to the eyes for a deeper relaxation.
The outer cover can be easily removed for washing.

PRODUCT INFO
Each Eye Pillow is made from 100% cotton fabric and the inner bag is filled rice and lavender (unscented eye pillows are available)
Over time the lavender scent may weaken, this can be topped up with a couple of drops of Lavender essential oil.
Please do not get the inner bag wet as you'll have a stodgy mess. The outer cover can be removed to be washed at 40 degrees or less.
